Comfortable guesthouse with spacious and renovated family rooms, great for an extended stay. It is 5min away from Cinnamon Bey beach. The staff extremely nice and helpful. The owner attends to his guests himself to make sure that our stay is great and exceeds expectations. They organized a cute setup for our friend whose birthday happened to be during our stay, they allowed us to check out later free of charge, and even arranged for a homemade lunch at the guesthouse itself, on the pergola, which was great. Highly recommended!

The biggest asset for this property are the staff and the hospitality they provide! They are exceptional and worked so hard to make sure we enjoyed our trip. The villa is very spacious with 4 well sized bedrooms. There is also a nice covered living area at the villa as well as the pool, gardens and bbq terrace by the pool. You certainly don’t lack space! The kitchen is pretty limited but it has a fridge, sink and plates etc. That said, the staff can prepare you cheap and amazing food for breakfast, lunch and dinner so no real need for the kitchen! The showers were warm and the ac in the bedrooms worked well. We were a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 young children) and we only used 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The location is a little remote but the benefit of this is that you are in the middle of nature with only a short tuktuk ride to the nearer beach and town. We will visit again and would strongly recommend to others.

Location - right on beach in a lovely spot. Fabulous, large, clean room. Super comfortable bed. Wonderful food. Sam - he and his staff could not have been more helpful and caring to make sure we had a great stay. Excellent value for money all round. Amazing river trip organised by Sam - saw LOTS of wildlife. Our stay was lovely, the place is beautiful, with many birds around, beautiful garden too. Very quiet area. Big rooms, clean, nice breeze. Very accommodating guests, with my partner having allergies they prepared a special breakfast for him.

Isabel was a lovely host, incredibly friendly and did everything to make her guests welcome. Breakfast was a mix of local and international food. The amenities are amazing and super clean and tidy. The whole place is super quiet and perfect for a calm stay far away from the city bust.
