Me and my family stayed at this place for 8 night, and we booked all rooms at this house. We liked everything here: rooms, view, garden and helpful owner. There are kitchens and BBQ zone with everything needed. Also our kids liked all the toys that where available outside the house. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The views!! I could've spent my one day in Perast just chilling outside on the terrace of this house as it has a lovely area to sit out with beautiful scenery all around. The family who own the place were very welcoming. Communication was also very good throughout and after a long, tiring journey to get there they were able to let me check in earlier which was a bonus. Very clean too.

Large, clean, authentic appartement. Very well equipped. Fantastic view over the bay and islands from the window. Nice garden with a straight view (though small) over the Sveti Dorde and one of the bell towers of the town. The owner is very accommodating and helped me bringing my suitcase up the stairways to the appartement. Fortunately, we didn’t have much trouble parking the car thanks to the owner’s advice.

It was clean, comfortable, with a direct pool access and a beach just a few steps away! Ivan was a great host, awesome captain to take us on a boat ride through the Boka Bay and an amaaaaazing cook preparing for us some super delicious and fresh grilled fish, shrimp and mussels that he farms himself 🤩 Truly an amazing experience, would definitely recommend it and for sure will ve back!! He warmly introduced us to the surrounding environment. The room is very large and clean. The location may seem a bit remote on the map, but it is actually very convenient. Walking A few minutes to the lake, supermarket, and bus station. The house is located on high ground, and you can directly see the lake view from the window.
