The Chateau is a gorgeous, new property in the heart of Valletta. It was super clean and even nicer than I expected it to be! We loved the central location- just a few blocks away from tons of restaurants and bars, while being on a quiet street itself. Communication with staff was excellent- every time we had a question or request, we received a prompt and helpful answer. We stayed in the Grandmaster's suite and the kitchen was well stocked with tools & equipment. I'd highly recommend a stay here- I'll stay here again if I return to Malta.

The rooms are very spacious. I stay in here for about one week and I love this hotel so much!! We tried some different suites, and each is well embellished in the local architecture style, like mini gallery in everywhere of in the hotel. The location is very convenient, at the heart of the town. Nearby has some good cafeteria and bar, and just few steps can reach most of the tourism spots, like the seafront, cathedral, etc. Btw, the host is very friendly, helped us to arrange our stays and ensure everything perfect. The price is very fair compared to the nice rooms offered, definitely worthy. Honestly, I travelled in Europe about one month, and this one is the best of my all hotel experiences. I think we will definitely comeback if we visit Malta next time.

Casa Lapira is located in an excellent spot in Valletta, close walking distance to the bus terminal and many restaurants and cafes. Paul was a gracious host and we enjoyed talking with him. We booked a room with a Maltese balcony and we really enjoyed sitting there in the morning light with our coffee. The shutters blocked all of the light and most of the noise in the evening. We would highly recommend staying at Casa Lapira!

Place is amazing, in the heart of Valletta and 2 min walk from all the best coffee places, will deff come back when I am back to Malta. Staff is really friendly and always there to assist with anything. Room was clean and as pretty as on the photos. Big common area kitchen and balcony is also nice.
