The lady gave us a canoe and we paddled to the island of Ile aux Benitieres. We were alone on the island, otherwise it is full of tourist boats. Larger store approx. 1 km away, near the restaurant. Strongly recomended.

The place is a paradise on earth for nature lovers. My absolute favorite on the island. Iwe just loved the peace, the evening sunsets, the birds, little geckos, crabs around. The room (cabin) is absolutely wonderful with open air shower, the owners and the staff are wonderful. The place is just perfect.

The place is simple, but extremely spacious and clean. The terrace is very pleasant for sitting in the evening . Although the road is close , the noise did not bother us too much. The kitchen is well equipped. The wi-fi very good. The neighborhood is cheerful, full of locals but very safe. We rented a car ( from the host) and visited the areas around - a lot of places to see and wonderful beaches.
