Great Stay. There were several things we really liked about this place: firstly the host was quite nice and easy to reach when we had a question. Secondly the location is very good to explore the island since it is very close to Ponta delgada and has direct access to the main road of Sao miguel which means you can reach every place on the island in 30min maximum. The house itself is very cozy and well equipped; cooking at higher level and laundry was no problem. The House has an acess to a small beach, about 500m from the house. There you can find a small but nice cocktail-Bar. Other than that a public pool and a restaurant in the other direction (you need a car to get there). We stayed for 6 nights and had a great expirience. Thanks a lot.

Very comfortable and quiet. Just a few min walk from the seaside. By car: 20 min from the airport, 5 min from highway, 4 min from Vila Franca do Campo. Breakfast was the best meal of the day for us. The owners baked fresh scones and cakes every morning, along fresh coffee, fruit, island jams and butter, granola and meats and cheeses. We enjoyed the abundant treats on a veranda, overlooking the crashing waves. No sharing of tables. Each guest had privacy and space. The generous morning meal really set us up for the day! The location was perfect for water activities as we were a short 5 min walk to the marina where we could go out snorkeling, diving or on whale and dolphin watching cruises. Close to good restaurants with fresh, fresh seafood. Ideal!
