It is a little paradise in the Portuguese countryside. The green, the air, the silence, so beautiful. The pool is great for relaxing, and the weather could not be better. The rooms are set in a way it does not even feel like a rented place, but real home, so cozy. Very clean, impressively detailed, and well equipped. Our room and bathroom were large, comfortable and clean. The facility is in the town square and has recently been renovated and makes for a pleasant stay. The wifi was strong, ample hot water, the heater in the room was effective, beds were comfortable and room was quiet, self check-in was easy and host was responsive. There is a common kitchen with fridge, induction stove top, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and dishes and pots/pans. The host provided coffee, tea and basic spices and oils for cooking. There are also bins for each room that allow guests to identify their items in the fridge. The minimarcado right below the building has a decent selection of food and the prices are reasonable. We enjoyed our 2 night stay.

Although we arrived 3 hours before check-in, we were greeted extremely nicely, offered drink and a shady spot at the pool. The entire location, as well as the rooms were spotless, staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, including an outstanding restaurant recommendation. An amazing little oasis just outside of São Luiz. The tasty breakfast, including fresh juice with oranges from the yard, is almost just a side note. Highly recommend!
