Very well located pension, nearby many hiking routes and the local train/electricka station. The rooms are big and super clean with comfy beds. Breakfast is really good too (including the coffee). Martina at the reception desk takes very good care of all the guests, she provides hiking tips etc. The restaurant on the ground floor, which doesn't belong to the hotel, is nice too and it is an easy option for dinner after a tiresome day in the mountains. All in all very good value for money.

Villa Mon Ami is a family-run guest house set at the foot of Slavkovský Peak and only 300 metres from the centre of Stary Smokovec. It is a good starting point for hiking in the High Tatras. Free Wi-Fi is provided.
