A beautiful historic building nicely adapted into guest rooms. A few kilometers from the center. Very polite service. Nice owner. Delicious cuisine. While eating breakfast, we had a view of the rice fields.

Pat and Simon are a very lovely, welcoming and beautiful couple, they are caring, give a lot of precious advices (we went to incredibly beautiful unknown temples around), they helped us a lot : taking us to the train station to get a scooter, taking our heavy bags for us to the town… The only thing if you are going there is to have your own motorbike, you can rent it just in front of Ayutthaya’s train station. It’s quite difficult to get a taxi from there. Also the atmosphere is just amazing it’s a paradise peaceful place in the middle of the rice fields, you can see sunrise from one side and sunset from the other side. It’s very close to a local meditation center where you can participate for days or weeks. This experience of sharing with Pat and Simon, the beauty of the place.. made this experience at Ban Suan Khun Yai magical and unforgettable! I recommend 100%

Booked same day and if you look on map don't low score the location. It's quiet area with parking. The rooms are basic but at 500Tbhat ideal. The WiFi is superfast.

We had the bottom room from the double room apartment just next to the river. We liked the cozy, practical style and the view from the bed directly to the river. Good location not far away from the center, but quite and cozy. We did not meet the owner, we opened the room ourselves (with assistance of neighbors :-) ), but if we had an issue (water) she reacted immediately. We liked the place.

Location is really convenient, with nice views to the river and calm sorroundings. The host was really nice and flexible with the timetables. They let us store our vaggage al day while we visited the city.
