I think it was the only place to stay in Pingxi. It was very clean, although there was a slight mold smell in the bathroom. The room had a dehumidifier and aircon, which was nice. It had a large window overlooking a garden, the river and the town. Waters were replaced each day and there was filtered water in the lobby area.

They picked us up from the train station which while close was an excellent bonus as it was pouring rain. The breakfast was good and we were sent home with mini lanterns as a souvenir. The room (family room) was extremely spacious and while the beds were a bit hard it was perfect for what we needed!
