We really enjoyed this peculiar accommodation, with our car parked right next door, a nice patio in beach stile and only two flats in the building. Our flat was very comfortable and clean, we enjoyed cooking in the microwave our dinner, and take it outside in the lovely patio. Perfect comunication with the owner.

This place surprised us. At first it sounded like a place to avoid. Renting a room in a house with other folks living there didn't sound too appealing. However, the truth is quite different. It is a house remodeled entirely to be like a hotel. So the feeling is like that of paying for a hotel room, with added benefit of a smooth, automatic check in (you get the code by txt/email). The owners live in an extension of the house, so they're always close by and clean several times a day. It's impressively clean, welcoming and comfortable. The only difference with a hotel are the shared bathrooms. Because they are cleaned regularly and there are two of them, we really didn't have any issues at all. All in all, if you're hesitating like we did, I'd say go for it. It's much better than it sounds!
