The house and rooms are super nice, quiet, clean, all so well equipped. Wifi works great too. On top of everything, the owners are so nice- really take care of their guests. Not only are they friendly and love to talk to you, but they cook so well. I I even forgot a stylus at the house and they promissed to mail it to my country. One of the best B&B i have experienced in Armenia.

The mattresses are comfortable, and the bed linen is soft. The lady is incredibly nice, I made a mistake on my schedule and booked for 2 days instead of 1. She accepted me to pay only for 1 night. A very few people would have accepted to do that ! I recommend 200%

I was lucky enough to be invited for a breakfast with friends and family guests and it was wonderful and everyone tries to help you even if you knowing Russian is less than basic. The children speak some English which short the gap and it is possible that some other Russian and English speaking guests can help you with communication and needs. I absolutely recommend this experience.
