Modern and fresh renovations. Pretty easy and charming walk to Cirencester. I had a regrettable foot injury at the time but still walked it 2-4 times a day. Next to a charming school and near parks and old churches. Bed was a relief! Really was quite lovely, the breakfast room, 4 Season room and back yard were all clean, cared for, and organized to a fault! Nothing bad to say about it! Breakfast was great.

It is situated just outside the village giving you peace and quite. The public rooms are a superb and unusually an honesty bar which was fully stocked, you could not fault the breakfast with a great variety and choice. All local product used with Sue making various breakfast jams (we counted 9 to choose from) and great home bread fresh each morning. If you are in the area and want a great bed and breakfast give these guys a try you WILL NOT be disappointed !

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. The room was very cosy, with a lovely little corner bed for the toddler. Everyone slept really well. There were plenty of cushions and pillows to get comfy and it was so good having food available in the morning to set us up for the day. Sara offered eggs, fruit, yogurt etc. On top of the cereals and toast already there. We were also treated to a few sweet goodies, which was lovely.

Mark and Lyndsey were absolutely incredible. So was their guesthouse. From the minute we arrived we felt welcomed and taken care of. They went out of their way to help us at the beginning and end of our stay. Besides the wonderful hospitality, the rooms were amazing. Every amenity you could want, and then some. I will absolutely be booking them again when I go to Cheltenham in the future!!
