Excellent bus service to central Brighton with the bus stop just around the corner which meant that I could leave my car there, saving on the exorbitant parking fees in the city. I totally recommend this property as the ideal home from home place to stay to relax and recuperate at the end of a tiring day. Karen is delightful and very helpful.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel and what a great hosts are Rich and Katie, no effort has been spared to make us feel like at home here. The room was cozy and beautiful furniture and the view was stunning. It was beautiful to sit on the balcony and see the ocean. We had a wonderful breakfast in the morning, down in the lobby and the homemade cakes were the best we've ever tasted. It were all kind of nice things that made our stay at sea view all the more perfect. We can highly recommend this hotel, in fact this was our best experience in all hotels that we've seen at the south coast of England.
