This was a big surprise. I was expecting an average b & b but this place is beyond amazing. The owners are most welcoming and have obviously spent a lot of time and money refurbishing the interior to exceptionally high standards. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. There is a honesty bar and a lounge area. Gorgeous freshly cooked breakfast.

Great attention to detail and would definitely return. Onsite parking and a really quiet location. Brilliant breakfast. Couple of local pubs with good atmosphere and great beer and food.

Breakfast was heavenly: delicious and such attention to detail. I live in Japan and this was right up there in terms of 'omotenashi' which means hospitality. Furnishings, decor also first rate. Christine is fantastic. She’ll help you with anything you need. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfasts were fantastic.

Free Wi-Fi is available and there are 6 off-road parking spaces for guests on site. Lorna the host is amazing, nothing was too much trouble even arranged flowers for my partner's birthday 😊. Beautifully clean and friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Will definitely go back for another visit
