Situated in Néa Sílata in the Macedonia region, Newly built seaside house is a holiday home featuring a garden. Vergia beach is 1.2 km away. Although it does not have an exceptional view, it is the perfect place that introduces you to the holiday atmosphere. Built in traditional Greek style, but with modern elements, the house is located in a quiet area, perfect as a starting point for all 3 arms of Halkidiki. The space on the ground floor is large, it can host up to 6 people (in the living room there are 2 very large beds instead of sofas), the garden and the terrace are so beautiful. You can hear some traffic from the highway, but it's not disturbing, you can close the windows at night and it's perfect. The house is so cool that we didn't use the AC at all, even though it was over 38 degrees Celsius outside. There are some mosquitoes in the evening, but you have mosquito nets and repellents in the villa. We will always return with love when we'll have the opportunity!
