The terrace (full of beautiful plants) is wonderful and the view of the lake is magnificent. The room is basic and clean. I stayed in the king room that has direct access to the terrace. It is slightly more expensive than other rooms but comes with private bathroom. And having direct access to the terrace is a great bonus (makes it feel private as well :) ) The owner is around for any questions or advice if needed. Both him and his family are super nice and respect guests privacy. I highly recommend this hostel and would be happy to stay there again if I ever return to San Pedro.
