The room was very clean, the bathroom was also very clean. Comfortable bed, good AC and having the opportunity to use shared kitchen and washing machine was very helpful for a 1-week stay. The host is very welcoming and ready to offer the best stay in Kandy. Very good location, close to supermarkets and to bus stations.

The guest house provides city views, a sun terrace and a 24-hour front desk. Nice bed. Great big bathroom and glass enclosed shower. Kind staff that helped us in several ways. We didn’t have breakfast, but the place was lovely and they were helpful.

The place was amazing, situated within trees in a quiet place away from the noise of the streets of Kandy. Our room had an amazing view of the city, really spacious (we had the one at the top) well equipped and good WiFi (the router was inside our room)! Be was comfortable and the bathroom was one of the largest I’ve seen!

Since the first contact they were impeccable, picked us up from the station, made us lunch (Purmina is a great cook, her food is so yumi, everyday breakfast was delicious and very filling). They were always happy to help in every way they could - checking bus, driving us if needed, doing our laundry… etc. We are leaving our bags in their place as well to pick it up in a few days, so you can imagine how nice and kind they are!!

I chose to stay here based on the excellent booking.com reviews, and I was not disappointed. Everything was perfect...huge room, clean and well-maintained, great wifi, outstanding shower with plentiful hot water, multiple plugs in the room, delicious breakfast attractively presented, super friendly and helpful manager, safe parking, beautiful grounds and location, all for an extremely reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Good and diverse breakfast. Clean room with mosquito net and AC. Good wifi. Nice owners. Beautiful garden. The owners provided help with organising trips and transportation as well. Good starting point for Polonaruwa and Sigiriya. Plenty of places to eat just 5 min walk from property.
