The room is not too big. In fact, it's quite ascetic - though there is a private bathroom with shower and bed is very comfortable - much better comparing to well known hotel chains in Europe. The building is historic, which means one sometimes can hear some noises from other persons living there (like somebody climbing stairs), but that definitely is a minor thing - it just confirms the authenticity of the building. David is very friendly and helpful person. It's easy and pleasant to communicate with him and to agree about the details.

The owner and his wife were very kind and helpfull. The view over the sea was amazing! The room was small but very clean and comfortable.

The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bed was really comfy and we both slept brilliantly from the first night we arrived. the town centre was only a short 5ish minute walk away, everything was close by but we loved the fact it was also nice and quiet as it wasn't right in the very centre.

The facility was very clean and well equipped with amenities and coffee, tea, biscuits, etc. They really go the extra mile to make their guests feel welcome. The bathroom was surprisingly large with both a bath and shower.

Featuring a terrace, The Rock is located in Zandvoort in the Noord-Holland region, 450 m from Zandvoort Naturist Beach and 160 metres from the train station. Each room is fitted with a patio with city views and free WiFi. The location was fantastic we were close to everything the beach, the central part of the town and a couple of minutes' walk from the train station. Roderick and Nancy were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much bother lovely people.

The property features garden and city views, and is 18 km from Rembrandt House. The guest house has private entrance. The venue was great value, clean and comfortable. Our host was super friendly and helpful giving us good advice and ideas. Also offering to loan supplies. Was easy to catch bus into Amsterdam and saved a lot of money that way (much cheaper than accommodation in town). Purmerend itself was a lovely town too.
