Everything about this place was exceptional—check in was friendly and personal (despite me not speaking very good Spanish), the room was large, clean, very comfortable, and air conditioned, the shower was hot (and it has a nice showerhead), the internet worked perfectly the entire time, they gave me a secure parking space, and allowed me to to checkout late at no extra charge. This is now one of my very favorite places to stay in the city!

Bridge of the Americas is 8.9 km away and Ancon Hill is 9.2 km from the homestay. It is more like a home-stay, i.e. it is actually a gated house with many rooms and all essential facilities. This means you feel more relaxed and safe than at a hotel/motel. There is a shared kitchen, and shared toilets, all clean and well maintained. John is an excellent host. He is friendly, and always available. The property is located very conveniently, in a nice neighborhood, with restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, etc., around. The added part is the rescue dog, Goya (that's what I guess John was calling him), who wants to be your friend and play with you. There is even a pool, which I didn't get time to use. There is coffee and tea in the kitchen. I found the place very homely and welcoming.

They go extra mile in order to make their guests feel comfortable. I booked one week then ended up staying there for three weeks. The location is good, pretty safe neighborhood, the whole appartment is very spacious and super clean. I will definitely stay there again if I’m in Panama City again.
