Everything from the booking, communication, check-in, location and the incredible house were excellent. Well taken care of and surrounded with loving care. A delicious breakfast was served in the splendid kitchen, complete with homegrown fruits and jams. The landlord and lady were very helpful and gave excellent day trip tips for the surrounding area.

The room was spacious, with lots of thoughtful extras and amenities (including dog bowls and a bed for our dog! You can prepare snacks and hot drinks and you just put the washing up in a bowl for the guesthouse to run through the dishwasher. The room was a very generous size, overlooking a quiet street. I would imaging that rooms at the back have stunning views, as the breakfast patio certainly did.

Much better than on the pictures. It has everything you need for a great stay. We felt like the owners ( some duke or very successful merchants from 100 years ago) left it for us to a couple of days. We truly enjoyed it.

Our host was generous with fresh fruits and nuts from the property and served us a delicious breakfast of home baked goods amongst other items. The property was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Our host and her family were warm and friendly, perfect hosts.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 34 km from Natur Waterpark. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. We had an amazing time at Quinta da Gricha. The Quinta is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Special thanks to Matheus and the ladies from the breakfast for making our stay even better with their hospitality. We enjoyed the hikes with the two dogs Kika and Miro and we will definitely come back in a few years.

Our hostess allowed us to stay a little longer as one of us was sick. We so appreciated the genuine kindness and hospitality. Just wish we were there for an extended stay.
