It was amazing, it was like being at home. it had everything you needed and there were little extras that gave it a personal touch. From the moment we arrived the hosts were warm and friendly and super helpful. it was so lovely we didn’t even go out for dinner. The gardens are beautiful. Wish we had stayed longer.

This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Pu'uhonua o Honaunau National Historical Park is 32 km away and Hulihee Palace is 5.6 km from the homestay. We loved the welcoming feel and the chill vibe. Great place to stay would totally stay here again. They thought of everything that anyone could need while in Hawai’i. Only regret is we weren’t there for longer.

Located in Honokaa and only 46 km from Hapuna Golf Course, Private Ohana on the lush Hamakua coast with AC provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. This recently renovated guest house features a building dating back to 2016, which is 27 km from the Waimea Park. Outdoor dining is also possible at the guest house. Everything was great. Well maintained, clean and an excellent location to explore the north side of the island from. The hosts are friendly and have things nicely arranged and extra items for use such as folding chairs for outdoors, a beach umbrella and a small cooler. If we come back to the big island any time in the future we’d definitely stay here again.

The homestay specialises in an à la carte and American breakfast and breakfast in the room is also available. In the warmer months, you can make use of the barbecue facilities and dine on the private patio. The porch and view are amazing. The big double doors that open from the living area were wonderful. There were toys and games for the kids. I would recommend this stay to anyone, especially families.

Situated in Papa Bay Estates in the Hawaii Island region, Serenity Hale features a patio. This property offers access to a terrace, table tennis, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 32 km from Pu'uhonua o Honaunau National Historical Park. Host and Views were exceptional though this was the first time I have been asked (particularly as an amputee) to carry all of the trash, paper, bottles and cans down quite an outdoor stairway to trash bins underneath. also had to strip the beds!
