The receptionist (a man) was so warmly welcomed. He's helpful, kind, and calm. so impressed. I'm giving him 100/10. The bed is comfy. The hostel vibe is cozy and friendly. The travelers in the hostel are also friendly. But unfortunately, I didn't get up early enough to get some pancakes, but I did get a pizza before good Friday 🤌

I felt safe in my room, and the staff were flexible in allowing me to leave my bags at the hostel following checkout until I needed to leave to catch my flight back to Sydney. Great location. Parking is easy and free. Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Bed was comfortable, Tram stop right out the front to go to the city, food available across the road. Bathroom had been renovated, large shower and great water pressure. Had a back corner room on 1st floor, so traffic noise was minimal. Felt safe as a lady staying by herself, lock on inside of the door and locked gate at the bottom of stairs.
