It was better than expected, I honestly was waiting much much less but I was surprised. The staff were really nice and they do speak english and spanish which makes it easier if you dont speak english, they will offer you a basic breakfast for free which I found really good and there is always cold water, coffee and tea. They had a room for baggage which was really useful. They do have some computers and the common areas are really comfortable.
