Located within downtown Toronto, this student co-op lends rooms out to the public throughout the summer. The hotel is an 8 minutes' walk from the Dundas TTC subway station.

Neill Wycik Hotel offers private rooms with shared washrooms and a kitchen area. Rooms include linens, a small towel and a bar of soap. Daily housekeeping is also available. The property also has 24/7 security and front desk staff.

Such a great value for money! It's amazing. Literally impossible to find something that is at this level of price and has this level of comfort in Toronto. The location is alright, it's not super duper central per se but it's still downtown. Just a bit further down Gerrard St, but you can get to Yonge in like 5 minutes walking. The rooms are very private, there's like a dorm thing with 5 rooms in it or so (could be wrong) and sometimes you're like the only person in this dorm thing so it's actually super private. But yeah, the toilet and bathroom are shared - which is totally OK at this price point. You get your own room where you can sleep peacefully alone - this is much better than your usual backpackers. Hotel receptionists are also very nice and courteous - they will go above and beyond to take care of the guests. There's also complimentary breakfast. It's not fancy but will get you going.

The hostel is good value for money. Possibly one of the cheapest accommodations in downtown Toronto, it is a fair choice if you just need a place to sleep at night. I was in the city for a work and just needed a clean and safe place to rest for the night before an early meeting the next day. This served the purpose. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, good location close to public transport options.

The host was super friendly, proactive and supportive. A light bulb broke and he immediately provided a replacement. Great location, great view onto the lake. Well-rounded apartment with all you need, stylish, liked it. First, I was a bit skeptical because it was quite cheap and only had two ratings. But the place is for real :). Thank you.

Great location, right by Donlands subway station which gets you to Downtown easily. I stayed in the bunk room in the little apartment at the top. Lovely, friendly staff, clean and good value for money. I stayed at 3 hostels during my time in Canada and this was the best one - thank you!

This hostel far exceeded my expectations. The location (bang in the middle of downtown Toronto) is great. Cleanliness (from what I saw) was fine. I felt safe in the mixed dorm I shared with 3 other people (1 man and 2 women). I did not get to enjoy the breakfast provided as I had to catch my bus, but the fact that it's included in the price is great. All in all, a great option for solo travellers on a budget. I'll definitely be back!

I like that the beds has curtains for privacy. Towel and beddings provided. Private bathroom in the room. There's no locker in the room but there's a safe box for keeping small valuables. The hostel is in a nice location close to the CN Tower and Union station. Not the best hostel I stayed in (I had better hostel experience in Montreal) but I think it's best one in Toronto.
