For our first time in Coyhaique it was the best place we could ever stay in. Catalina was so welcoming and helpful for us. The feeling of mutual exchange in the common living room was another precious point. Everything was so cozy and warm. Definitely recommended!

They speak English there so you will get along very easily if you are not fluent in Spanish. Transfer to the airport was arranged by the hotel and went very smoothly. They also offered arranging tours and were very helpful and flexible with early breakfast hours. The hotel is in a very good location just 5 minutes away from the city center. During my whole stay I felt very welcome and safe
