I absolutely loved the shower, best shower ever! The bed was extremely comfortable, there was wi fi and the TV had cable connection. Carolina was very flexible with the check-in since I arrived a bit later due to the fact I got lost in Santiago. Also, she upgraded my room for free. I totally recommend it. The location is great. Close to the main attractions and roads, as well as having a supermarket a couple of minutes away to get all the basics. Money well spent if you are looking to save costs and not share a hostel. You do have to share the toilet, but it's with just one more room, which I find perfect. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. For example, we received a message asking us to confirm with a transfer to a local Chilean bank, which is common practice in Chile, but I didn't have time to make it, as we booked the same day. I immediately wrote to the hotel and requested to pay cash upon arrival, and they said it was okay without hesitation. Very accommodating. Finally, they provide free tea and coffee, towels, and soap, everything you need for a couple of days' escape in Viña del Mar.
