First of all the grounds and casitas were incredible - clean, very comfortable and stylish. The pool and bar area is great, lots of cool seating areas and very spacious. Above that, the staff were incredible, they went above and beyond to assist us and ensure our time in Ibiza was memorable. We were so thankful for all the staff for coming together to comfort and help us when we had an slight hiccup.

The pool looked nice but was too cold for us when we were there. It was well-equipped on the whole, with a toaster and kettle, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It felt safe for me and my five year-old daughter, as we were just the two of us. This is a great location to be close to whatever you're interested in seeing in Ibiza town. We walked into the town every day and went to the port too.PenelopeFamily with young children
