Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

Me and my mom stayed at Belfast International Youth Hostel for 2 nights when our first time visit to Belfast. The location is great , about 10 mins walk to the europa buscenter and city center. There is a lot of restaurants and grocery stores around there. The hostel kitchen is quite systematic, they provide label which we can attach on our foods and we could have microwave dinner there. Our room is a twin bedroom with private bathroom. The room has enough space for us and has a good view of the mountains. The beds are comfortable.

Arguably the best hostel ever, and I travel a lot. Everything from booking, to staying and enjoying my time there, through staff, location, facilities- was just perfect. And if I ever want to use the phrase "spotless clean" I will always think about Botanic Avenue, that was a different level of cleanliness and I do have very high standards! Thank you so much ❤️

Located close to the city center, the hostel is worth the price: the rooms are small but clean and the staff is friendly and willing to help. Individual showers is a plus, and other bathroom facilities are what you would expect from a cheap youth hostel. Good experience overall.

Cheap and cheerful hostel. Good location and clean. I stayed in a private room and had my own en suite bathroom, which was handy. Everything worked as expected and the building felt safe and secure.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room itself was exactly what you needed it to be - clean, comfortable, convenient and as a bonus, cheap! It was extremely good value for money and was a great location. Very close to the Botanic Train Station and to the Botanic Gardens/ student area. Some really great places to eat were nearby too. I would definitely stay here again. The area felt very safe and wasn't far to walk to from the city centre. Comes recommended!
