Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

We booked here as somewhere to rest our heads afer attending a family wedding and could have chosen a better place and was even cheaper than the Premier Inn Great location, with a short walk to the seafront, local supermarket opposite to stock up on anything you need and very comfortable. So comfortable in fact that our two youngest kids who are normally the first to rise were reluctant to get up out of bed for us to be able to check out in time. We stayed just for a family event. We will look to come back and stay for a short break next time.

Great apartment which has everything you need :) It was clean and welcoming and as shown in pictures. Really comfy bed & great spa bath. Great location & it does have a lovely sunrise / morning sun across to the beach view too. Really quiet & safe but close to everything. Owners responded quickly to heating issue & fixed it :)

Lovely comfortable property, with a very well stocked kitchen and great location very close to the beach. Very spacious and perfect for a group or family. Great enclosed garden which was perfect and safe for our dog. We all had a great time, and will be looking to stay there again.

Great location, short walks to the village and to North Landing. The cabin is a comfortable hidden gem in the garden of the guest house - it felt safe & private. It's also great if you like birds - and bats! Worth paying the £5 extra for the breakfast to set me up for the day. Friendly hosts. It was only two nights, but I have nothing but good things to say about my stay.

Leeds guest House is your typical uk basic B&B ...could do with updating ..but spotlessly clean and great location..Erica was lovely ..nothing too much trouble for her ..very friendly ...our room was really small and bathroom a little awkward for hubby as was very tiny space...however our relatives who came with us ..their room was great space ...( paid same price for both rooms...maybe smaller rooms could be a little cheaper?) Overall a nice stay though
