Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

Staff were friendly. Facilities were good: small kitchen with most things you need and a relaxed common area. Great shared bathrooms. Not really any atmosphere in the hostel itself, but a decent place to base yourself in Inverness if not looking to meet people. Bathrooms were large, incredibly clean and had good lighting - probably one of the best hostel bathrooms I've stayed at in a while. Great location - very central.

Great location, perfect for our dog with access to trails and the lovely field at the back. It was peaceful and had everything we needed. Great size and we felt safe and comfortable both inside and walking around the surrounding area. Would stay again and recommend this property to friends and family.

The room was in okay condition. Overall clean but the carpet had some crumbles from previous guests which means it hadn’t been cleaned. The single rooms bed are okay for a few nights sleep. The facility is in a super central location and relatively cheap stay so that’s a bonus. I would recommend for 1-2 nights.

The staff have really tried, I think, although their budget must have been very tight. It was all clean, but there were stained walls, carpets and the pillows under the pillow cases were a grim. They also put the bottle of a nice brand of handsoap in the bathroom, but had filled it up with a watered down cheap brand - it was very watery and smelled like Carex. i wouldn't mind having Carex if they weren't pretending it was something else.

probably the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Very nice room, friendly staff and everything you need provided. I really liked the small curtains on the bed that could be closed for a little more privacy.

Quite peaceful location. Immaculately presented accommodation with a comfortable bed. Cheaper than budget hotels and b&b's in the area. I have stayed in similar places, this was the best, and the best value.
