The ownership has changed since my last visit several years ago but the experience was as good as ever. Great location in a quiet street, and a comfy, cosy and homely house. The room was immaculate and the breakfasts were absolutely superb. Richard and Sarah are great hosts, very friendly and helpful. If the previous owners Russell and Hazel read this, fear not, The Pendennis is in VERY safe hands. I will be back!

Nice view over a tennis court and with the sea in the background. The kitchen looks nice but haven't used it (if I'm in the budget of paying almost 200 quid a night for a room, I don't want to do the washing and the cooking, I might just want to go to a restaurant, maybe that shared kitchen concept fits well in a 20 quid a night hostel).

The accommodation felt very safe and was lovely and clean with good amenities. Parking was available at the front of the building. The Old Workshop is in a great location to explore the tip of west Cornwall, with Lands End only a simple 15 minute drive away. The “Minack Kit” provided in the room was a brilliant idea too, and made our evening there even more comfortable.

Great breakfast, handy parking and great location. Big supermarkets nearby, next to Long Rock beach and easy walking distance of Penzance bus and train stations. Bus stop right outside as well. Convenient on site parking. Excellent breakfast with full English and continental combined. Lovely, helpful staff.

This is a great location to either walk to St Michael Mount (2 miles away) on into town (Penzance). Car park is a bonus and very good & safe.
