Top location - next to the gondola station (like, 1 minute) and a Spar nearby, bars and restaurants and rentals. I had the "king room" - the only private one - and it's really cozy and warm, with nice bed linen and fairy lights, fridge and even a working table. It has only a small window in the roof, but you don't really notice the absence of windows). Shared showers and toilets, 2 of each, clean and nice. Common kitchen with everything, and nice friendly mood - you come to make some tea and end up chatting with rock climbers from the US, etc. Lounge with drums, an ukulele and board games. Small rooftop terrace for chillin) I was ready to not getting any sleep, but there is no partying after midnight, luckily. A place to dry your boots, a washing machine, all the things a rider needs. I will def come again. It's on the top floor of a bigger hotel, you go in through the "Adrenaline" ski rental.

It was cheap price for staying Gudauri Ski Resort. I love there location. You can walk only 3 min for Ski and cafeteria. There is a one camera at door. It can prevent theft. It just monitor lockers not your bed. So, Don't be worried about CCTV.

Whatever they have mentioned nothing available. Only room was good and broken wardrobe , leaking toilet and curtains also not working. But choose some other apartment or stay at kazbegi which is cheaper. They charged me 70 GEL as TAX but not providing any facilities. I have booked with breakfast they didn’t provided as well. Better avoid this property

Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with bunk beds and a king size bed in the bedroom + a sofa bed in the living. Useful kitchen with utensils, and a lovely welcome bottle of wine from the host. Our host was super quick to answer any questions, and to help with recommendations for ski rentals, dining, ski school, etc.
