Situated in Guatemala and within 2.5 km of Popol Vuh Museum, Central Hostel Reforma has a terrace, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. The property is located 5.7 km from National Palace Guatemala, 5.8 km from Miraflores Museum and 31 km from Hobbitenango. Santa Catalina Arch is 37 km away and Pacaya Volcano is 46 km from the hostel.

I had an excellent experience at Reforma Hostel. First, both staff that I interacted with were kind, friendly, and accommodating. Second, the facilities were fantastic- comfortable bed, hot showers, and clean atmosphere. I especially appreciate the extra touches in the dorm, such as curtains for privacy, reading lamps, and lockers. The breakfast was simple but pleasant. Overall, this is excellent value and I highly recommend it to any travelers passing through or exploring Guatemala City.

Awesome place to stay for a night or so. Nice rooms, good facilities, great kitchen and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Gonna stay here the night for my flight again and they even offer a shuttle in the middle of the night to the airport for a decent price.

Where to begin!!! This place is amazing! First of all, incredibly affordable, you really get a lot for your buck! While it is listed as a hostel, the premises were beyond my expectations. The room had its own bathroom, the linen was very good quality, crisp, sparkling white ánd neat. It felt luxurious. The staff..made this place 5 star! They were efficient, incredibly helpful ànd friendly. I observed they treated each guest with care and genuine interest in our comfort. the free breakfast and coffee all day was a delicious added bonus! Special shout out to Juan Pablo, Edgardo and the ladies..they are true professionals in this industry! They went out of their way to make my stay Amazingly comfortable and relaxing!! They run this place like a well oiled machine!!! Thank you greatly!

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

Hostel is in safe modern area - lot of hipster coffee spots (one of them just next door), restaurants and also great modern foodcourt 1 min walking. It has quite nice terrace and kitchen. It is approx. 20mins walking to the city center. Overall, although accommodation was not ideal, for 1-2 nights it was okayish, taking account the fact, that it is hard to find cheap accommodation in safe zones in Guate City.

The location was fantastic. Close to the airport and in an upmarket, safe area but only a 20 minute walk from the city centre. There are some nice restaurants and some shops nearby. The Hostel is in a secure compound with a garden and terrace where you can have an excellent breakfast. The room was basic but clean and good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a great choice for travelers on a budget.

Great stay! I had to spend a night in Guatemala City before my flight and Novohostel was perfect! Lovely staff, good breakfast provided. Located in a gated street so I felt very safe. I was also allowed to order food to my room, with help of staff which was great as I was very tired! Thankyou :) Also, I would recommend getting an uber to and from the airport if you can as it is much cheaper than the white taxis (I paid 100GTQ for Uber vs 700GTQ for taxi outside airport)

Hostel is in a safe neighborhood and is actually cheap so I didn't expect much. However it definitely needs better cleaning cause I don't think our beds had their linen changed on that day cause we saw hair in our sheets and they had dust stains.

I like Christian the manager , he is very helpful. The breakfast is basic but nice and sets one up for the day. People are friendly and accommodating. The showers are always warm. The bed sheets are changed every couple of days on request. The area are quit but safe and an ATM and shop are 30 m walk from the hostel. The kitchen is well set up for making own meals. As a budget traveler the hostel meets all requirements.

nice rooftop with open kitchen. Pretty Safe sourroundings with small Shop, Coffee place and Restaurant Close by. The capsule was spacious and gave privacy. Super cheap price and booking in short notice possible. At night it was about 15 minutes with a Taxi to the airport. You can book a Taxi trough the Hostel but Uber is cheaper.
