This hostel was great, the facilities are clean, bed was comfy, there was wifi, a pool,... The place is quite new so there are still a few things they are adjusting but it is actually really good! The owner then also helped me figuring out where I needed to be for my boat and helped another friend of mine out with booking taxi and boat trip for his return from Kuta. They really know their stuff and are happy to help and make sure you are ok! This is also a great place to rest before or after getting the boat!

Cool place, nice cosy shared room and very good breakfast! Staff was very friendly, mainly receptionist Dhany was very nice and helpful with everything. We even played the guitar together, he is really good musician and sweet person. Atmosphere was chilled and friendly. Highly recommended!

The location of Luckys was absolutely perfect. We walked around the island many times and agreed it was the best location of all places to stay here. The rooms were of a good standard and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were really amazing, taking care to remember our names and help us with all we need including renting bikes. Couldn’t recommend more

前台随时有人，很有礼貌并且快速认真回应我们需求，第一晚住的房间离对面的Pub比较近，晚上有点吵，跟前台说了一下之后很快给我们换了比较远更安静的房间。 公区很大，泳池餐厅一应俱全。生态型节能型的环境特别好。虽然淋浴和洗漱用水是淡盐的水，但也不影响。 最重要的是有一只超级Sweet的黑猫，今天跑到我们房间求蹭蹭和亲亲，并睡在我们房间里，感觉小屋就像家一样～

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. My phone was broken in the rain and they helped me. I also needed to switch rooms and they went above and beyond.
