Really nice hotel room, great location and fantastic value for money. It's the only hotel where I've been asked to leave a deposit which was a bit strange, felt a bit like a hostel in that way. Now, the sound proofing between rooms isn't that great but you cannot hear the traffic outside despite it being on a busy road. Overall, I loved the room and had a nice stay right on Temple Bar.

Felt safe in my room as a female travelling alone for work. Doors locked from the inside (this is strangely uncommon on budget hotels). Great location. GREAT restaurant downstairs for a convenient supper.

Staff were super friendly and approachable and met some really great people here. A very social hostel with daily events like walking tours, pub quizzes, and bar crawls. Curtains and lights at every bed and a full length mirror in the room. Breakfast was simple (cereal, toast, some cold meat, and cheese) but free. Great location to explore from and felt safe walking back at night. Also very easy to get the airport bus to and fro.

Extremely nice hostel for the price paid. The beds were more private than at many hostels; there is only one curtain at the front and walls on all other sides. You don't have to bring your own lock; they're built into the lockers. Bathroom was clean. Location is probably the biggest plus since it is only a few minutes walk from the city center. If you're looking for a cheap stay in Dublin I would highly recommend this.

Obviously this is a budget hostel and I was in a shared bunk-bed room with 3 other women BUT it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was en suite, fab location, all facilities were great and the staff were super helpful. I'm in my fifties and it was lovely that there were a surprising number of other older women too. It felt safe and friendly

Best feature: Great location. Lovely staff. Breakfast (included) was so much more than I expected. I have stayed in so many hostels worldwide, never seen such. Although rooms are smaller, beds were all comfortable. They provide everything. Abbey Court is in top 3 hostels of my list. Thanks a lot for making our days in Dublin easy. By the way, just an advice, there’s an irish pub nearby. Cheaper than many places in the center, but delicious with huge portions.

Best hostel I have ever stayed in. Really clean and comfortable. The bunk bed set up is brilliant - all feels very private and safe. It was quiet at night, I never had to queue for the showers and the lounge / dining and study rooms are excellent. It’s a short walk into town and right by a bus stop. Lots of nice places to eat and drink just minutes away.
