initially booked for one night but ended up staying over a week. The owner is amazing and took us all over kampot during Songkran in his Tuktuk with waterguns. He showed us unique places on the tours from everything you find online and the stuff you won't. What made me love this place is what they do for the local community, underprivileged children and abandoned animals. If you stay long term you can even opt to volunteer. Highly recommend this place

I just stayed at the new Vimeanz resort (having stayed at their equally-excellent Bohemiaz resort before). It's owned and run by the same team, and we were even allowed free use of the big Bohemiaz swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi next door. The owner (and long-term expat) Mikey continues to welcome everyone in his own, warm way. Nothing is too much trouble ... he even took me and some of the other guests into town at night to show us the "sights." A very real time was had by all, so we'll be back, for sure ...

One of the nicest hostels we’ve stayed in! Beds are really comfortable, clean and private, in spacious room with good AC. The bathrooms are large and clean, with good showers. The pool/ common area was so great and laid back, with all of the staff being so helpful and welcoming. Really enjoyed there being a mix of groups/ couples/ families here as well. Great location for getting around and into the town.

This really was a superb hostel suitable for people of all ages. The photos on Booking.com don't do it justice. The common area is like a beautiful green oasis. The room was plain but very spacious with an excellent bathroom where the hot shower actually WAS hot. Everything was spotlessly clean. The restaurant had excellent food. WiFi was excellent and worked everywhere. Location a bit out of the way unless you arrive by train, but it was worth trotting out here. Minivans will pick you up here if your onward travel is by bus.
