They are super attentive and kind, specially Tola, Seyha, Nik, actually, all of them. They are caring and always concerned that guests have a good stay. They even helped to change my bus-ticket. Good quality-price ratio.

The staff was good. The lady at the reception offered to upgrade my room for free which I gratefully accepted. Very clean, everything is new, works perfectly. AC, hot water, Wi-Fi in the rooms - everything was excellent. The beds are very comfy, which is quite unusual for SEA. I guess this one is the best in the Oneferz chain. I stayed in 2 others - in Kampot and Sihanoukville and staff is definitely the best here!

A great hotel, in one of the quietest streets in Phnom Penh. The staff are always willing to help with whatever is needed. The manager accepted from me a 100 usd note that was damaged.. He was really generous about it. He also helped me to find a laundry at the last minute. He even let me stay for free for several more hours after the check out time without accepting money in exchange, because check out is at noon and my flight was at night. I tried to offer him more money but he kindly told me that it was not necessary. He even told me to take my time, that there was no rush! A manager like this is not easy to find nowhere.
