My experience at the Sixth Sense Hostel was absolutely incredible! It was like no other stay I've ever had. The hostel is located in a beautiful and calm place, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The manager - Sam, always made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic time. The accommodation was comfortable, very clean and cozy & relaxing. What's more, there's free laundry. It was truly the best hostel I've ever been to. Totally recommend. You should come and experience it!

I stayed at Pinidu's hostel for a total of 4 nights. It is easily among the best hostel experiences I have ever had (having stayed at more than 40 in the past few years...). The room/bed/bathroom is spotless. The hosts are extremely attentive to detail- gave me tour of the garden and recommendations about where to visit. Above all, I must say that Pinidu is an exceptional human being. After I left the hostel, I had a medical emergency and contacted him for advice. He exchanged with people he knew and sent a friend to the hospital to personally make an appointment for me as I returned to the city. I stayed again at his place for two more nights while I did more tests, during which he was extremely supportive and sought to help me be comfortable. I cannot recommend this place enough. The owners are extremly friendly and hospitable. They will do their best to make your stay pleasant. You'll feel like at home. I arrived late but Shirane made a delicious dinner with local dishes just for me. Furthermore they let me take a shower lending a clean towel even I'd done the check out hours ago. The facilities are simple but everything it's clean and comfortable. Wifi runs well in the common area. It's the cheapest place close to the fort. The breakfast it's included. So gooood value for money! 100% recommended.
