The staff was very relaxed and friendly, very inviting. The rooms were very spacious (each bed of the bunk beds) had enough space around to not feel your sleeping in a room with so many people. The location was perfect, very close to the central station and the lockers were "free" which was a positive surprise because usually you get charged extra for it (you only had to leave a deposit that was paid back at the end). The beds were comfty and considering the cold temperatures, it was amazzing that the rooms had a self regulatory heating. Price-quality was great, I would definitely recommend it!

Our host, Esther was brilliant, excellent communication and always happy to help with anything. The location is very convenient, close to the train station and is very safe and quiet.

Very easy access with the key card, it made coming back late at night seamless. The lounging area is a cozy touch, and I also appreciated the bar from downstairs.

We booked it to see a gig in and the venue was a ten minute walk away. Perfect walking access to everything in Tilburg. Collected keys from main hostel property which was about 15 mins walk away through train station. Staff were friendly and hostel itself seemed great. Clean, welcoming and fun. Thank you Roots!

Friendly staff, an authentic backpacker hostel, very distant from the cold service in many so called "hostels" across Europe. Good information about the city and its events and they have their own schedule, cheers to the owners and the international team keeping the bar really high, I wish I could stayed longer but it was fully booked, no wonder why.JhonatanSolo traveller
