One of the best backpacker I’ve stayed at. The staff are amazingly friendly, always available and happy to help or chat. The place offer every free facility you can dream of: ping pong, pools, hamac and even a home cinema! At night everybody is welcome to share some burned marshmallows around the barbecue. The dorms are nicely organised in old containers and the beds are comfy. You’re 5 min away from the beach or the track. Highly recommended!

The hostel is really nice, it has a big garden with hammocks, pool tables, a cinema, an inside living room and a fireplace where u can roast marshmallows every night. The location is good aswell its on walking distance from the beach and the park and right next to the kayak hire and water taxi. Dorms and beds were great aswell!MyrtheSolo traveller

Suited our needs perfectly. Highly recommend this backpackers as one of the best we have ever stayed at. Great private outdoor area with large outdoor dining table. Kitchen had everything you need.

The owner as well as the staff is super friendly and extremely helpful - they always assure all the guests are doing well. We spontaneously decided to do a camping trip in the Abel Tasman and they provided us a tent and sleeping bags. In case of bad weather they have lots of board games as well as a cinema and pool tables, nice indoor and outdoor common area.

During the summer a great place to stay. There are even an in-house cinema and pool tables. The upper bunk beds are a bit high, but all of them have two outlets and two USB ports.
