So sad how hostels have transformed into budget hotels where 'travelers' dont even say Hello to each others or want to clean their own mess in the communal kitchen. I really appreciate the adminostator Vladimir. Thank you for your kindness. The other person at reception was rude and very unpleasant.

Not feeling safe (a man was in the female showers when I was there), staff not speaking English and no respect between users of the dormitory. I left after a night even if I couldn't get my money back.

Nothing special, but it is a good place with free parking which is a rare thing in a big city. Public transportation is not far away. I cannot say a bad word for a cheap stay, because you are always getting what you've paid for.
