The location is really great, it’s safe and welcoming. The lady that works here (sorry can’t remember her name) is so kind. I was able to check in when I arrived around noon, even when I was checking out I had a bus late that night and she allowed me to leave my bags while I went out for the day. The facilities are clean and very comfortable. There is even snacks, crackers and candy in the common rooms which are very comfortable and cozy. The bathrooms are clean, there is even a tub! The beds are comfortable and there is AC which is an added bonus. I absolutely loved staying here, I cant say enough good things about it.

Carmen and Fernando are phenomenal hosts. They are always smiling and happy, even though clearly they work a lot and could probably use a vacation themselves haha. They helped me get around the city and find things to do as well. The atmosphere in the hostel is fun and relaxed. Bathrooms are extremely clean and they offer laundry service. The beds are super comfortable, and all beds are equipped with personal outlets to charge your things, which is pretty handy. I genuinely don’t think any other hostels in the area can compete with this one :)

Good location because it is close to old town and Parliament. Modern and nice decorated place. Very clean, as there were plenty of bathrooms. I felt safe as there is a password both in the entrance of the building and my room + in our room were only women. Also there were lockers for our stuff.

Great staff/manager. Very nice and helpful and available 24 hours. Bar in the lobby which is open late or possibly even 24 hours. There were only a few bar customers the night I stayed but even it was crowded I wouldn’t have heard any sound in my very quiet room. I found easy street parking just a few steps away. Comfortable bed, good AC and Wi-Fi, nice functional bathroom. Pretty good location. A bit of a hike to the city center but there are many transportation options. Breakfast options are limited but it’s not bad and served quickly. Overall I liked the vibe and think it’s a good bargain for the price. I would happily stay here again.

I returned twice to this place during my 2 weeks in RO, although I did not plan this. It's a very accommodating hostel, a bit like a shared flat. Pauline and Daniel mingle with guests and have really good people skills, making everyone feel wellcome. You need conversations, you'll have that with them, and other guests, everyone's friendly. You'll need some rest, they will make sure this is respected by guests. Very good vibes. I'll book again in summer, when I'm back to RO. While I was really fine in the female dorm, I love the single room, due to the decorated insulation and minimalist feel. I'll be back in June!

Staff was also great! I arrived very early in the morning from Moldova and the manager let me use my bed in the dorm without an extra charge.
