The staff was very kind. Dr Vicky, if you're reading this, I loved talking to you. You were very helpful and kind. And you were right, I loved KL. The room was clean and well lit. The washrooms were fine with hot and cold water. There was a full dining area with snacks round the clock. A good terrace and rooftop. The location was good, very near to main attractions like night food market etc. Breakfast had good quantity and quality. Overall value for money.

Love the pool with shielding!!! It’s too hot in the day. The best way is to stay in the pool!! It has elevator for the high floor. It’s easier to move after the activity on the whole day.

The room is fine - a bit dated, but spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, with lots of restaurants nearby and very easy to get a cheap songtaew ride anywhere along Beach Rd and back.

It’s in a quieter area, but only 5 mins walk to main areas. There are plenty of bars and restaurants just outside the hotel.
