We left some of our baggage there for 2 days and when we returned our staff were safe and untouched. When we got back from Pamukkale, the staff waited for us with a smile, even though it was 10 p.m. at night. Furthermore, our receptionists upgraded us to an even bigger room for our last night at izmir. Next time I'm in izmir i will definately check in Tempo residence again!

There are several 24 hour restaurants downstairs and next door so regardless of your schedule good food isn't far away. Staff are really helpful and pleasant. There are large variations in cost for a room throughout Izmir. We did not know Ramadan was coming. Izmir was dearer than Istanbul. Certain streets are blocked in the evening which makes access much easier and safer. Lots of eateries. Noisy. Heavy traffic.

The building is very old, so the room and bathroom are quite dated. Towels and linens are mismatched and used, but seemed clean. It is significantly cheaper than every other place in Izmir, so you get what you pay for. Definitely a hostel vibe rather than a hotel.

Cute hotel with a lovely shared space on the second floor. We had a budget double room with external bathroom, bathroom was great, room was alright (basic but with everything you needed). Note: we didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast unfortunately.
