We even got invited to the dinner with Juan - the owner of the property, and his wonderful wife and friends. Plus we also got a free excursion in the sorrounding garden where Juan grows mangos, avocados, blackberries and meny other fruits. Absolutely recommend.

At the hostel, the rooms come with a balcony with a city view. Every room comes with a coffee machine, a private bathroom and free WiFi, while some rooms here will provide you with a terrace and some have pool views. All units include bed linen. Great place! Incredibly kind host and volunteers, will go out of their way to help you and generally there's a cozy home-like atmosphere. The place is quite new, so super tidy and neat, with a very well equipped kitchen! Got great recommendations for acitivities and had an overall wonderful stay. Can recommend!!

At the accommodation every room has bed linen and towels. Great location right at the center! Nice bar-restaurant with live music right across the street. Laundry- 1 minute walking. The staff are extremely nice, will happily help you with everything. Highly recommended!!🫶🏼

Arenal Backpackers Resort features shared dormitories and tents for up to 2 persons. The dormitories are air conditioned and have lockers. Bathrooms and showers are shared and provide free toiletries. The property was very clean, and the rooms were far enough away from the road that the road noise was minimal. the pool area was great, with ample lounges to relax on. The landscaping and trees around the pool and property we beautiful, and attracted lots of colourful birds, and created shade so you could get away from the sun, but still enjoy the outdoors. the Bar/Restaurant was great, cocktails were a good price, and the breakfasts were wonderful.
