Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. The accommodation provides a shuttle service, while a bicycle rental service is also available. I booked on a Wednesday which was the day of the BBQ night, for just 10 euros there was a fantastic unlimited bufet :) I really appreciated that there was not only meat but also many options for vegans. A shout out for the curry which was super yummy! There are a lot of people who come to the night both the travelers in the hostel as well as the locals which creates a wonderful atmosphere. Comfortable beds and a relaxing garden. I recommend La Tortuga without a doubt!

Featuring barbecue facilities, the hostel is close to several noted attractions, around a few steps from Las Carretas Beach, 200 metres from Honda Beach and 400 metres from Las Eras Beach. Free WiFi and a shared kitchen are provided. WONDEWRFUL LOCATION! You can stare at the sea as much as you like as it is literally 5m away. Kitchen is super big and beautiful! The whole hostel/hotel was empty and I think it would deserve more people for the facilities and views. I would definitely recommend this one, the place is not touristy, very quiet, but modern and the closest beach is just matter of opening the door. :-) Common open air area and semi open air kitchen are just gorgeous and pics do not make enough justice to this place - would have spent more time here, if we could.
Lomo de Arico

All guest rooms feature bed linen. I loved the whole vibe of this hostel! Such a relaxing escape from the hectic city life. I also loved the fact that everyone was super friendly, and that you can see all the way to the ocean from the lush pool area. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to slow down and refresh for a few days, a week, or more.

We were so impressed with Daydream. I now understand why it’s called a co-living space and not a hostel. The place is managed really well by caring and friendly staff. All the common areas close down at 10pm, which is great for those who want to rest. Seems like it could be a party hostel, but it’s really not. Everyone is super respectful of noise and space. People of all ages were staying there when we were there. The rooftop is lovely. The kitchens are well-equipped with everything you might need. There’s even filtered drinking water in the downstairs kitchen. It is also cleaner than just about any hostel I’ve ever stayed in. They even provide towels and body wash. I also can’t forget to mention the location, 2 min walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops and a couple of supermarkets.

Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and a tour desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Aqualand is 5.4 km from the hostel and Golf del Sur is 15 km away. Amazing location and amazing view from the hostel. Everything, literally everything you need nearby- the beach!!!, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, etc, etc. Even some activities I pre-booked were walking distance from the hostel. The bus station is about a 10min walk from the hostel, with all the main routes. The 40 stops there from the south airport and it only costs 3.20€, taking about 20/25min. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook- utensils and appliances. They have a good system to ensure everyone has space to keep their own things and even a shelf with free things if anyone wants to share or leave anything for others when checking out. They allocate you a locker under the bunks, you can bring your own padlock or if I’m not mistaken you can buy one from them. They also sell basic stuff like earplugs, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. You pay extra for towels but I had my own. They organise little activities for the guests and charge what I consider a small fee to participate (3€-5€). You can also get a 2h surf lesson for £30 which is a very reasonable price. I’m not a social bird but everyone at the hostel was very nice and friendly. The staff were amazing and make guests feel welcome. Really good vibes in the kitchen and in the terrace with the music and bar in the evenings 😊 It was very clean as well, I would always see someone either cleaning in the kitchen, the floors or in the toilets. I got there before the check in time and they allowed me to leave my bag and use the facilities until my bed was ready. They also stored my bag after check out as I still had one activity booked, I cleared my bed and when I came back I was still able to use the shower room to get changed before I left 😊 I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, safe access to the property, lovely clean spacious apartment with balcony and pool on the grounds, corner shop before the entrance and nearby small beach.
Great location is a main advantage of this apartment: very close to the beach, supermarket, shops and bars. The apartment itself is quite fresh, tastefully decorated. A spacious terrace expands the living space and provides a nice view towards the sea, which is especially nice in the afternoon. Objectively, despite some remarks, in this area it was the best choice for an acceptable price, though not cheap.
It's a nice place ,what I don't like about this kind of Hostel it's miriad of rules everywhere ..its basic common sense .all the best hostels I've stayed in the world don't have them posted on every wall ...if you can't do the minimum then you shouldn't stay at a hostel..I think there should be a minimum age of 18 for youth hostels and a minimum age of 30 for adults hostels ...the youth hostels can paper the walls with rules
Great hostel style budget accommodation great location for beach food bus
Great location! Interesting people. Rooftop bar. The ocean is near. Tasty, interesting, beautiful. The best hostel in my life.
It is a backpackers dream. Nice Hostel, really beautyful furniture and Manfred, the owner is always helping with useful information about the city/the island in general. One of the best hostels I have been so far.
Happily surprised after a previous not-so-glamourous stay at the same hostel: I discovered they had another floor which was much better than the dark garage-like dormitory of the previous time. This time it must be very bright (I was there only at night) with large bay windows overlooking the busy beachfront street. The bathroom was very spacious and surprisingly clean. It definitely helped that I had the dormitory all to myself. Still probably more for the individual backpacker.
Super cool hostel, everyone is very friendly and there is always something going on. You can make friends easily and working remotely here is possible if you don't mind a bit of noise. Everyone was kind and considerate, it felt safe and sociable. Capsules are great for additional privacy - if its your first hostel experience this is perfect. great location in puerto de la cruz.
This is a budget hotel in an excellent position, the hotel may not be the most comfortable and is a bit outdated but its amazing value for money. Its good for what it is, the beds are not great but ive slept on worse in better hotels. I like this hotel and if I want a cheap stayover in town this is an excellent choice. I dont think I would stay for a week but for 1 or 2 nights its perfect.
