The view was incredible (both the mountain range on one side and the dal Lake on the other), the food was good for a decent price, the staff were all very helpful, especially Irfan - who was attentive to the guests needs and generally a very sweet human being!

Stayed in the 8-person dorm and it was very ample and comfortable. 100% recommend.
