Set a 10-minute drive from Jökulsárlón Glacier, this farm hostel offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and mountain views. Iceland’s Ring Road is right next to the property. The property was one of our favourites while doing the ring road. The rooms are very nice and spacious and also have its own sink which is convenient. The kitchen was great because we could basically cook anything and they had complimentary juice and yogurt!

Húsey Hostel & Horsefarm features accommodation 55 km from Egilsstadir. The hostel has family rooms. At the hostel the rooms include a shared bathroom with a shower. what a great place. a nice old house in the middle of nowhere. a family friendly hostel with travelers from all over the world. there are horses and sheep on the farm and the kids had a great time playing with them. the way to the hostel is beautiful and we saw a bunch of seals. nice well equipped kitchen. nice eating area with a view of the farm. we really loved it and the kids voted it the best place we stayed at in Iceland haha

This hostel is located on Berunes farm by the Ring Road and is 45 km from the village of Djúpivogur. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and lounges. Free WiFi is available. Thank you for this amazing stay ! We got upgraded and the apartment was perfect. Everything was clean and cozy : the little kitchen, the bathroom and the rooms. We warmly recommend this place, and the location was ideal for those who want to visit the north-east of the island the next day. If we ever come back to Iceland, we will definitly come here again !
