In addition, it’s only a 6 minute walk to the train station from which you can go anywhere you would want around Lake Como, and the hostel has lots of great recommendations for you to explore! There’s also a 24/7 grocery store right around the corner so it’s easy to have a night in and cook if you’re trying to save a little money. If you’re headed to Lake Como, stay here!!

Easy 15 minute ferry ride to Varenna and 20 to Belaggio. For location and view, this is the best value for money I have found in Italy so far. I wish I had been able to stay longer.
