We had two rooms, one for us and one for our kids, right across from each other. Beautifully decorated, impeccably clean. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The beds are so comfortable. The best sleep I had in Morocco. The air conditioning is strong and works really well. The wifi is really good. The service is spectacular. Good breakfast. They even did our laundry for us for free. Location is great. Everything about this riad is excellent

Very comfortable space and marouane is a very welcoming person and very accommodating, the breakfast is very filling and a good way to start the day, the views from casa Marwan are the best of Tetouan, with ocean and mountains views and with the rooftop allowing 360 views of the city! I was previously staying in another hostel close by and had a negative experience, i was able to arrive in the morning to casa Marwan and I couldn’t be any more grateful for marouane

Great water temperature, pressure, wifi, tv, mini fridge in room, comfortable bed, nice size room. Fantastic breakfast. We were welcomed with Moroccan mint tea when we arrived. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Location was great! Highly recommend.
